The clock starts once the scope is signed and you approve the design. Store review by Google and Apple usually takes a few days and isn’t counted. Anything not in version 1 is an upgrade, priced in writing before it starts.

Questions about mobile apps
In India most customers are on Android, so many businesses launch there first. Staff apps are usually Android only. Both come from one codebase, so adding iOS later is a smaller step than a new build.
We handle the listings and submissions, in Play Store and App Store developer accounts that are opened in your name so you own the app.
Usually, yes. If your website has an API or a database we can connect to, the app can share it. If not, we build the panel and APIs as part of the project.
We can move an upgrade into version 1 and set a later date; your quote can show both options side by side. Most clients launch first, because real customers using the site show which upgrades are worth paying for.
Content or photos arriving late, more rounds of changes than agreed, or features added after the scope is signed. Your quote lists what we need from you and by when, so the date holds.
