Find out which orders actually make you money.
Your sales report and your ad report live in different places and never agree. We pull ad spend, orders, returns, shipping and product costs into one dashboard, so margin shows up by month, channel and product. It’s updated monthly, and we walk you through it on a short call.
- Version 1 live in
- About 2 weeks

- Owners who decide budgets from gut feel because the numbers are scattered
- Businesses preparing to raise money or sell, who need clean numbers
What we cover

- A product cost and shipping cost sheet you maintain
- Dashboard in Looker Studio or Google Sheets, shared with your team

- Alerts when RTO or cost per order moves outside your range
Version 1 first, then upgrades.
We put a working version live on a fixed date, then keep adding to it as real customers use it. It won’t have everything on day one, and that’s deliberate: the first month of real use tells us what to build next.
Version 1
Live in about 2 weeks
- Your store and ad accounts connected

Questions about profit reporting
No. Those show sales. This shows what you kept after ads, returns, shipping and product cost, across all channels in one place. It also lets you compare a product that sells a lot at a loss with one that sells less at a profit.
No. The dashboard uses order, ad and courier data plus a cost sheet. Bank statements are only used by you to check the numbers match.
No. It’s a management view for decisions about products, channels and budgets. Your accountant still handles books, GST and filings, and will usually be glad to have cleaner numbers.
Version 1 gets the basics live and measured quickly. Once real numbers come in, we know which upgrade will pay back first, so your budget goes there instead of being spread thin across everything.
