Who we are
77Labs (“we”, “us”) builds websites, online stores and apps, and runs growth services like ads and SEO. We’re a remote team with people in Chandigarh Tricity and Delhi NCR, India. This policy covers 77labs.in.

What we collect
- When you send an enquiry or ask for a call back: your name, WhatsApp number, the service you pick, anything you write in the form, your “Find your path” answers if you used it, and the page you sent it from.
- When you tap “Send this path on WhatsApp”: your four “Find your path” answers and the page. No name or number; your chat itself happens in WhatsApp.
- When you message or email us: whatever you send.
- Technical data: your internet address is used for a few minutes to stop spam (it’s kept in memory, not saved), and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
- Only if you accept analytics cookies: pages you visit, your device and browser, rough location, how you found us, and actions like sending a form or tapping WhatsApp. This comes from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
We don’t take payments on this website, so we never see card or bank details here.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up about it.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam.
- If you accept analytics cookies: to understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve them.
We don’t sell your data, and we won’t add you to a marketing list without asking first.
Your consent
Sending a form means you agree to us using those details to reply to that enquiry, on WhatsApp or by email. Analytics cookies only switch on after you click “Accept”.
You can withdraw consent at any time: email coffee@77labs.in to stop us contacting you, or use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to change your cookie choice.
Who else sees it
We use a few services to run the website. They handle data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms, and some of them store data outside India.
- Hostinger: hosts the website and the database where enquiries are saved.
- Resend: sends our notification emails, such as new-enquiry alerts.
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel): only if you accept analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to message us there.
We’ll also share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep what the work and the law require, such as invoices for tax purposes. Analytics data is kept for the shortest period Google and Meta let us set.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we’ve shared it with;
- correct it, complete it or update it;
- delete it, unless the law says we must keep it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
- let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you.
Email coffee@77labs.in. We’ll reply within 7 days and act on the request within 30 days. If you’re not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The website only runs over https, the admin panel is protected and limited to our team, and forms have spam protection. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever goes wrong with your data, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
This website is meant for adults running a business. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Big changes will be pointed out on the website.
